We produce extra virgin olive oils from the extraction by cold pressure of fruits of the Arbequina, Coratina y Picual varieties in Argentina.

Each of our products has very distinctive characteristics, due to their differences in fruitiness, bitterness and spiciness, are

Picual
Pairing with fish, poultry, pasta and leaf salads.

Arbequina
Pairing with light meals, pickles and fine vegetable salads.

Coratina
Pairing with red meats, mature cheeses, and dishes with intense and complex flavors.
WORLD CLASS PRODUCTS
Our oils are obtained from the fruit of the olive only by mechanical procedures, under specific thermal conditions (28 °C) and that have not undergone any treatment other than washing, decanting, spinning and filtering to achieve virgin olive oils.

ABOUT US
For decades we have been producing the best mountain climate olive oil in Argentina. We have learned to relate to the cultivation of a series of olive varieties and we believe that we have given our oils the maximum expression of body, flavor, color and aroma.
A careful harvest, the natural separation of the oil after a few hours in our oil mill and storage and bottling in controlled conditions are the pillars that support our philosophy of quality, allowing us to reach our consumers with a fresh and natural product.
